Buzz Rickson’s has reproduced the classic U.S. Navy chambray utility shirt with all of the rugged detailing and construction found on original military-issued examples from the 1950s. The indigo-dyed chambray fabric is woven on vintage shuttle looms, giving the shirt a textured hand which will gradually fade and soften with wear and repeated washing. Finished with selvedge gussets, chain-stitched construction, and military-spec detailing throughout, this is a timeless warm-weather work shirt built the same way the originals were decades ago.
